Queensland Baptist Receptionist role available
Queensland Baptists are seeking a bright, well presented and suitably experienced Receptionist, to fill a part-time role 3 days per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Responsibilities include operating the switchboard, customer service, intermediate level experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook, data entry and general office support duties.

Baptist World Aid Australia currently has a vacancy on its Board in the area of board governance
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of ‘making poverty history’ with Baptist World Aid Australia.
We are looking for someone with experience in HR, governance and/or the law to take up a 6-year appointment on the Board.
The Board of Baptist World Aid Australia seeks to serve the Baptist Churches of Australia and to fulfil the mission and aims of the organisation. It is made up of people from all over Australia who meet quarterly in Sydney, and set and review the strategic direction of the organisation.
As a Board member, you will have input into the organisational direction, annual plans and budgets. You will help establish the ethical standards, vision, mission, core values and mandate for the organisation.
Board member positions are voluntary but costs involved in travelling to Sydney for meetings will be covered.
